On the run up to the switch from 3G to 4G I purchased 4G mobile phones, with required features, for my wife and me to be ready for the switch.
While 3G was nothing to write home about in Lawrence it was certainly better than 4G has turned out to be. No signal and frustrating dropouts are very common. I find myself wandering around the house and outside to either get a signal or maintaining a signal while on a call.
The phones use the Telstra network, and I put in a complaint to them. Still waiting for a reply.
I wonder if a Telstra person is reading this?
Makes me wonder if Optus is a viable option?
So much for technological advances!
