The Museum has now reopened starting with one day a week Thursdays from 1pm till 4pm.

To celebrate reopening we are having monthly focused displays. This month’s display is a collection of handcrafted garments from the 1800s to the 1900s. Knitted, crocheted, embroidered and handsewn, mixed and babies to adult garments are featured.

Also worth a look is an interesting donation made to the Society recently, this being an Epergne (pictured) which is a type of table centerpiece made in the late 1800s.
