It was with a tinge of sadness that Maclean Lions got together at the iconic Skye Coffee lounge to have a coffee and cake for the last time. 

The informal “Lions Headquarters” has been owned by Laurie and Margaret Fitzpatrick for over 23 years, and they have now passed on the baton to new owners, as they look forward to a quieter pace and being able to sit down in a coffee shop and get served a cup of coffee and catch up with old friends. Their and their staff’s smiling faces will be sadly missed, and we would like to thank them for being part of the coffee scene for such a long time as well as all the support that they have given to numerous Maclean functions.
