Grafton Senior Citizens recently held their March general meeting, with an attendance of 57, and nine apologies.
We extended our sympathy to the family of Barbara Booker, who recently passed away.
We welcomed new member Cheryl McBurney.
Correspondence in: various letters, including to Patron etc.
Correspondence out: various letters to Patron etc; letter to new member.
General business: mention was made that mouthwash can cause people to go over the breathalyser limit, as it contains alcohol; members reminded of requirements in case of flood evacuation order.
Fees are now due.
Trips: February – Bellingen trip cancelled due to weather; March – trip to Alstonville on March 25, still has spare seats; tickets for the trip to The Channon markets on Sunday May 8 have just on sale; 8-day QLD tour from August 13 still has a couple of spare seats.

New members over 50’s are welcome. Our next meeting is Tuesday April 12 at 10.30am at the Racecourse. Guest speaker is Des Harvey.
