Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from this week at four locations on the Pacific Motorway between Ocean Shores and Tweed Heads to install concrete sign footings.
From Tuesday 18 May the motorway’s northbound slow lane near the Billinudgel and Chinderah exits and the southbound slow lane near the Tweed Valley Way and Tweed Heads/Coolangatta exits will be closed while work is carried out, with traffic control and reduced speed limits in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Work will be carried out from 6 am to 6 pm on weekdays and is expected to be complete in 10 days, weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the direction of signs and traffic control.
Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
