After a winter break Cowper Art Gallery and Studio is reopening on Sunday September 11 with a new exhibition, Step Into Spring. This group show features fourteen artists from the Clarence Valley and beyond.

The exhibition celebrates the beginning of Spring with works featuring florals in an explosion of colour and form. Artists exhibiting in this beautiful collection of works include Kathy Agg, Pam Birrell, Kerrie Bowles, Rhonda Ellem, Jenni Gander, Belinda Laurie, Yvonne Ledingham, Suzanne Monin, Diane Nixon, Cassandra-lyn Palmer, Christine Porter, Betty Thompson, Jean Versace and Harry Westera.

Exquisite florals and Spring elements have been captured in a whole range of media including oils, acrylics, watercolours, lino prints, eco printing and mixed media. Don’t miss your chance to see these beautiful artworks that focus on the essence of the new season.

Step Into Spring will open at 3pm on Sunday 11. Come along, join the artists and chat with them about their work whilst enjoying this feast for the eyes!

Step Into Spring runs at Cowper Art Gallery and Studio until November 6. Open Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-4pm.
