The Project team conducted an update workshop with the user groups in support of the design process for the Clarence Valley Cultural and Community Precinct Project in Maclean last month.
The team supported by Nimbus Architecture + Heritage presented the artist’s impressions of the facility and discussed the application of the constructive design feedback that the user group provided in the design workshop conducted in September 2022.
The user group was very happy with the floor plan and how their respective feedback had been integrated into the overall functionality and layout of the facility.
The floor plan design has also been presented to the Clarence Valley Access Committee, who have provided valuable feedback on the design, which is also being integrated into the facility’s design.
The development application is expected to be lodged with Council this month, and further consultation will be conducted with the community.
