Food for Farmers – Yamba drop off point

We need to let farmers know that they are not forgotten during the worst drought in living memory.

We only have to look in our own cupboards!

NON-PERISHABLE FOOD NEEDED ie:

Packets of: rice, pasta, tea, cake mixes, milk powder, biscuits, cereal, lollies, dried fruit & nuts, packaged fruit cakes.

Jars of: coffee, jam, peanut butter, Vegemite, pickles, etc.

Tins of: Australian fruit, veggies, soups, tuna, salmon, ham etc.

Sachets of: quick & easy meal makers/sauces etc.

Cartons of: long-life milk, cream, fruit juice.

Bottles of: salad dressing, fruit juice, olive oil, wine!

(Please make sure everything is within use-by date).

Also needed are toiletries, sanitary and laundry items, pet food etc.

Items can be dropped at 2/12 Cook Street Yamba and will be packed into hampers and freighted free-of-charge to drought stricken farming families.
