The extraordinary talents of Clarence Valley residents and international visitors drew enormous rounds of applause from the audience who crowded into Market Square to watch the 2022 Venetian Carnival on November 4.

Showcasing an impressive line-up of the regions most esteemed performers including dancers from Ashley Albert Performing Arts and Studio One Dance Academy, local musicians from the Clarence Valley Conservatorium, Dean Loadsman and the Berrinbah Traditional Dance Group, Brooklyn Paget, Michael Baxter, and the Enns of the Earth, the evening also featured a rousing display of Fijian music, dancing, and culture, which thrilled and entranced onlookers.

Misty Fisher and Karla Hubbard were the official MCs for the event, and said they were extremely excited to be part of the 2022 Grafton Jacaranda Festival, and to watch so many brilliant performers get up on stage throughout the night.
