Our meeting for this month is on Wednesday August 16 at the Grafton District Services Club at 10am.
It is always good to see a good number turn up to our meetings, catching up with old friends and sometimes making new ones. Swapping stories about remedies that we may have tried, whether they were effective for them or not. Tools, or a way of carrying out tasks that may be helpful for others to try. Sharing information about any recent developments in the study or treatment of fibromyalgia that we may have heard. This all makes for a very interesting and enjoyable meeting. But our meetings also have the personal side, where we are all friends and share stories of our lives as well. Having a cuppa and a chat. Some members even stay on and have lunch together.
Attending meetings provides therapeutical value in many layers and can help lighten your load and brighten up your day. Come along and see for yourself, remember, nothing ventured, nothing gained. We are a very welcoming lot and will try and answer any of your questions as best we can.
We meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 10am in the dining room.
