We had our Seniors Day celebrations on Sunday, with over 150 people attending from around the area. Chris Gulaptis and his wife Vickie came along and join us.

I would like thank the paper for putting in notices; Yamba Bowling Club for all their help and letting us have the hall; kitchen staff for the food; ladies bowlers for the entertainment they provided; Lions Club for preparing the morning teas and serving the lunch (and helping to clean up after); the group from Palm Cove for the entertainment and the gentlemam who sung when Shirley put the microphone in front of him; members who got there at 8am to set up tables and gave lucky dips and raffle prizes. Hope I have not forgot any one.
