We hope members who are enjoying overseas holidays are having a great time.

Think of Di W and Di P, who have headed past Russia to go on two cruises and experience dog sledding in the snow. Meanwhile Joy and Ian are in Canada, then onto Alaska. Wendy is soon off to Copenhagen for grandparent duties. On the home front, we are experiencing great cooler weather and holding the fort till their return.

Monday member’s luncheon will be held in the Riverboat Room at Yamba Bowlo on May 20, starting at 10am for a chat. Our trivia morning will test us all; no hard ones please.

Jan and Lyn enjoyed Maclean’s birthday celebration on Thursday, with a wonderful group of VIEW ladies from Woolgoolga. Well done Maclean.

Our sponsorship of five disadvantaged Australian children gives us a personal sense of doing the right thing, along with the enjoyment of being with the company of like minded ladies who have a lot of fun and laughs along the journey.
