Yamba Chamber Christmas tree erection

On Sunday November 28, the Yamba Chamber/Community Christmas tree (which had been stored all year for free by Yamba Ready Hire), was delivered to Chamber Park on a trailer let by Campbell Wreckers, pulled by a car lent by Yamba Rotary.

On arrival, it was welcomed by children from many schools, Raymond Laurie Sports Centre members Pickle Ball teams, Yamba Cinema staff, Yamba Museum staff and Chamber members.

With everyone pitching in to erect and decorate this iconic tree and with the many hands, it was erected in only one hour.

The Chamber and the town thank all who attended and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.

Shop local and shop well. We are what makes Yamba a great place to live, work and play. Keep safe everyone.
