Wooli community is determined to get fit and have fun with the launch of ‘walking netball’ (pictured). Walking netball is a modified version of netball played at a slower pace and designed for all ages and caters for all fitness levels.
The program brings together a variety of low intensity cardio, strength, balance, stretching and netball skills over a 60 minute session. Finding a suitable court was made easy thanks to the Wooli Tennis Club. Walking netball is played on a smaller marked court on the new synthetic tennis courts.
Come and play every Wednesday commencing at 8.30am.
