What a great morning tea for Grafton UHA

A big thank you to the Grafton community for your support of our recent Christmas morning tea, it was lovely to see everyone out and about again. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we all did.

Thank you one and all for your continued support, our invited guests, patrons, other community organisations and our loyal friends and supporters who buy raffle tickets, donate, and buy from our shop and come along to our events. Thank you! Also, thanks Ron Bell for taking on the MC duties and the Sandy Beach Boys & Babes for donating your wonderful music, everyone had a great time. Congratulations to all the raffle, tombola, and lucky door prize winners, lots of smiling faces, we are very lucky to have lots of lovely prizes donated to our group.

Our committee and our wonderful hardworking members excelled again, the decorations looked amazing (thanks Benefields for donating the beautiful flowers which were auctioned and purchased for the hospital).

The food was so good and received lots of praise from everyone. Thanks Midday Rotary for your help with the tea & coffee. Most of all, it takes a good team those selling tickets, setting up and providing the food, organising tables and the dreaded clean up …. Thanks Grafton UHA members. Once again, a very successful morning fundraising for the Grafton Hospital.

Best wishes to our retiring Patron Peggy Davey, thank you for your many years of support.

Thank you Clarence Valley Independent for your support in publishing our stories.

Our Auxiliary Clothing & Collectable shop will be having a break over Christmas to catch up with their friends and families- we will close on Wednesday, December 22 and reopen Tuesday, January 4.

On behalf of the Grafton Branch of the UHA we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, stay safe and enjoy your time with your loved ones.  See you in the New Year!
