A flag raising ceremony will take place at Lawrence Memorial Park at 9.30am on Australia Day, followed by morning tea in the park.   

The event is organised by the Lawrence Historical Society and if by chance it rains, the ceremony will be moved into the nearby hall.

Lunch will also be available at the Lawrence Golf Club at a cost of $5pp.

Everybody is welcome to attend and there are lucky door prize and raffles and prizes for best dressed Aussie.
