The Woodford Island Warrior’s cricket club hosted a black-tie event on April 25 at the Maclean Bowling Club, and as a result have handed a cheque to the Maclean hospital auxiliary of more than $2000. The Warriors believe that the hospital is the heart of our community and wanted to do their part to help. The fun-filled night included the musical talent from Two Way Street, Raffles and an auction of items donated from the local community.
