Angourie surfer Dakoda Walters has taken out the Billabong Parko Grom Stomp, which was recently held at Duranbah Beach at the southern end of the Gold Coast. In a talent-filled final of the 14 and under boys final, Walters posted the highest single wave score of the event on his first wave, a near perfect 9.93. Walters backed up with an 8.87, to defeat Alister Reginato (Alexandra Headland, QLD), Kian Martin (Denpasar, Indonesia) and Connor Lee (Redhead, NSW).
