Junior hockey State Championships have kicked off for 2022, with the Under 18 Grafton girls team travelling to Armidale on the weekend. After winning Div 2 in 2021, the girls were promoted to Div 1 this year and came up against some very tough opposition. The girls held their own, and finished 6th, in a 10-team competition, which is a good result for their first year back in Div 1.
