The Cover of the new Wild about Wooli and Minnie Water guide.
A new, full-colour guide that shows off the coastal villages, Wooli and Minnie Water, has recently been released by Clarence Tourism.
The guide, Wild About Wooli and Minnie Water, highlights a variety of activities the Clarence Coast has to offer, including information on the areas nature walks, day activities, Wooli Wooli River, annual Goanna Pulling Championships and various accommodation options.
Wooli Chamber of Commerce president, Bruce Bird, said the guide was a positive tool to help promote the seaside villages to a range of holidaymakers and celebrated the aspects of the area people come to experience.
“The Wild about Wooli & Minnie Water visitor brochure is a wonderful example of collaboration between community, local government and state government departments,” he said.
“It is an asset to the community and to local business owners, encouraging visitors to stay in the area longer in
order to explore the activities and surrounding natural habitats offered.”
The guide is available for download from www.clarencetourism.com, or from the Grafton and Maclean Visitor Information Centres and most Wooli and Minnie Water businesses.
