The Clarence Valley Equestrian Challenge
If you are of school age, can ride independently and would love to participate in a great weekend of horse riding, then The Clarence Valley Equestrian Challenge is for you.
This event is a fundraising initiative for the Grafton Pony Club and is held each year at Hawthorne Park, Minden Street, South Grafton. The Clarence Valley Equestrian Challenge will be held this year on October 29-30 and Hendra vaccination is not required for this event.

Competitors may compete on an individual basis or why not gather a group of school mates and form a team and participate in the Best Presented Team in your chosen colours for your attire.
Other events over the weekend to be held include show riding, dressage, show jumping, team penning (8 years and over), sporting and a team relay. You may wish to compete in all of the events on offer, or just a couple – it doesn’t matter. At the conclusion of proceedings on Sunday an awards ceremony will commence and there are heaps of prizes on offer.
