Sunday morning mixed bowls A beautiful clear morning saw just two social games, one of pairs and one of Triples. In the first game Allison O’Brien & Sep Weber defeated Rhonda Pendergast & Cliff Roger 25-17. The second match saw Taz Cameron, Peter Desborough & John Betts defeat Lynn Betts, Jim Thorpe and Dennis O’Brien 14-6. Sunday Men’s Championship final Meanwhile on an adjacent rink the final of the Men’s Pairs was underway and it wasn’t long before Jamie & Peter took the title, defeating Mick and Noel in a convincing display of top bowling.
