The Yamba Trawlers will be holding a trivia night next Saturday June 27 at the Yamba Bowling Club, with all proceeds going to the trawlers basketball to help cover uniforms and development. Cost $10 per adult or $3 per child. Tuesday: Next Tuesday will be our last week of basketball before we break up for 2 weeks over the school holidays. If you’re still keen to have a run come on down and we can put you into a team for next terms comp. Wednesday: Table tennis is still on the rise and getting more and more numbers each week. Everyone has been having a blast trying out the serving machine which caters to any skill level from beginner to pro. Come on down for a fun evening with a friendly and welcoming environment. Thursday: Thursday night we play host to the netball competition in our first game the Benchwarmers thrashed a brave Panthers outfit 31-6. In our second game we had a much closer encounter between Breakers and Sams which went down to the wire! The game ended up 19-18 in Breakers favour. Friday: Junior basketballs numbers have been sky high over the recent weeks and this week didn’t disappoint. The kids have been putting their skills to work and have made tremendous improvements this term. Next week will be our last week before we break up for 2 weeks.
