The interior decorations at Ray White Yamba have undergone a recent transformation after the family run business won several accolades at the Ray White NSW Annual Awards last month.
Describing the recognition as a real thrill for the team, Principal of ten years Daniel Kelly said it was an honour for the Clarence Valley based business to receive the awards, and to be acknowledged at state level for their dedicated work ethic and professionalism within their local community.
Ray White Yamba was formally recognised as a top ten regional Ray White office in NSW, while Mr Kelly won the Client’s Choice Award for his outstanding customer service and was ranked third in the top three Regional Principals for Ray White in the state.
He was also recognised for 15 years of service to Australia’s largest real estate group, while his wife and Office Manager Courtney Smith, was recognised for 10 years of service.
Although team members were unable to travel to Sydney to attend the awards ceremony, they were extremely excited when the winners were announced with Mr Kelly thanking all 14 staff for their key roles in the success of Ray White Yamba.
“It’s been a really busy period and we’re fortunate to be in the industry we’re in, and we’re all really thrilled to be recognised for the work we do,” he said.
“It’s a team effort.”
Mr Kelly said Ray White Yamba have a strong and supportive network within the local community and the business is fortunate to represent a majority of people who sell property in Yamba.
“It’s a real privilege for us as a local, family run business,” he said, adding the real estate market has “improved out of sight” in recent months, resulting in a business boom.
“Property prices have increased within the past 12 months and it’s definitely a sellers’ market.
“Previously, there were such a lack of properties for sale and a high number of buyers, and that’s exactly why we’re seeing the results we are now.
“We are very fortunate to have a great team working with us, and these awards reflect the work everyone does.”
Since opening in 2005, the local business has enjoyed plenty of success at the Ray White NSW Annual Awards and has previously been ranked as a top ten regional Ray White office in the state.
Mr Kelly also revealed he was humbled to receive the Client’s Choice Award.
“I’d also love to throw in a big thanks to everyone who has been a part of the journey,” he said appreciatively.
“Buying, selling, renting, these awards are not possible if you don’t have people to support you and your business.”
Ray White Yamba received their respective awards from the CEO of Ray White NSW Andrew McCulloch during a special visit earlier this month.
