Packed field enjoy Yamba course

Thursday saw an almost capacity field all playing in two’s and all enjoying the last bit of warmth before the cold snap hits.

Winner of A Grade was Richie Carter with 40pts on a count back from Terry Cumiskey and 3rd went to Paul Austin with 38pts.

Tommy Moore was the B grade winner with 40pts with Graham Kulmar 2nd with 39pts on a c/b from Bruce Douglass.

In C Grade Noel Collie was the winner with 38pts on a c/b from Brian Dwyer and 3rd went to Keith Britton with 37pts on a c/b.
Balls for the day went to 35pts or better.

Saturday Stableford

Another great field enjoyed Yamba on Saturday chasing the Stableford cash and with only locals able to play under club policy most spots were full. Shots of the day went to Albert Fox who eagled the 4th.

The winner of A Grade was Luke Hitchings with 39pts from Steve Hodgson with 38pts and 3rd went to Zane Lowe with 37pts on a c/b

Tom Moore made it two from two winning B Grade again with a massive 43pts from Peter Hall 39pts on a c/b from Warren Hughes.

In C Grade president Tony Moran was the winner with 36pts from Peter Sweetman 35pts and 3rd went to Dave Carothers with 34pts.

Balls for the day went to 33pts with 22pts or better on the back 9.

Next Sunday being Mother’s Day, we will be running the Mother’s Day cup, which is a 4BBB Stableford event.
