I have had a couple of very busy weeks with family visitors and a little trip away to Pottsville which was delightful, but it meant I didn’t get my editorial done. My apologies for that, but I believe you all enjoyed a break from the exercises.

By the time you read this edition you will have enjoyed the barbeque luncheon which Leanne organised for Friday. I do hope the weather was favourable and you enjoyed being outdoors. There is nothing like the aroma of onions sizzling on the BBQ to get the gastric juices flowing.

I trust you are all thinking about your attire for the Christmas party on December 10. Lots of bling, bright colours and Christmas regalia please. That will be our last day for the year as the Club has other functions booked in the auditorium.
