Lower Clarence scored first against Ballina last Saturday through a Taleyah Hippi-Laurie try.
Ballina were next to score through their number seven and after the conversion was successful, they led into the half time break by 6-4.
In close game with some great try saving tagging by Raeyah Kapeen, Ballina were next to score, and the successful conversion saw them go to the final siren 12-4 winners.
Reserve Grade
In a one-sided Reserve Grade game Ballina put 32 unanswered points in the first half.
There was more of the same in the second half with another 30 unanswered points.
The Lower Clarence Magpies tried all game, but it was a hard at the office for the Lower Clarence Magpies going down 62-0.
A Grade
In a similarly one-sided game from the beginning; Ballina put 38 unanswered points in the first half.
More of the same in the second half as Ballina put 26 unanswered points on the board to take the game 64-0.
