New centralised home for Tweed Heads Service Centre

Customers will benefit from additional parking and a more convenient location when the Tweed Heads Service NSW Centre relocates from Rivendell Road to Tweed Mall on Thursday 9 December.

Service NSW Regional Manager North Region Jeremy Conlon said the Service Centre would temporarily move to a storefront in Tweed Mall for up to 12 months, before moving into a larger space within the mall under a five-year lease agreement.

“Tweed Heads Service Centre is moving to more central location, with 900 parking options available and access to greater facilities,” Mr Conlon said.

“The new Service Centre will provide additional digital kiosks to help customers with their transactions.

“About 73,000 customers visit our Tweed Heads Service Centre each year, with the top three transactions Driver Licence Testing, Motor Vehicle Registrations and Working with Children Checks.

“Service NSW is committed to continuity of services to make sure the move is seamless. Customers can visit us at the Mall, located next to Aldi and Target and the team will assist with hundreds of government transactions.”

Mr Conlon said the current lease expired and was not renewed. Driver testing will resume at the mall with dedicated parking bays.
