Last week South Grafton Public Schools two debating teams debated against Woolgoolga PS and Mullaway PS in the Premier’s Debating Challenge.

Our Dolphins team had one debate, defeating Mullaway PS with the topic being “That we should ban all ads for unhealthy things” and our team was the affirmative team.

Our Kangaroo team had two debates, they defeated Mullaway PS with the topic being “That the government should encourage Australian girls to play contact sports by making it free” and our team was the affirmative team. In their second debate they were defeated by Woolgoolga PS with the topic being “That all school work should be done on computers” we were the negative team. Congratulations to both teams on their excellent performances.​
