Peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart. Only you have the power to create peace in your life. When you do find yourself in the midst of chaos, use the key thought Be Mindful! I realise that I keep reminding you of this mindful action. The reason is to help you cement it into your psyche. Try it when you are under pressure to perform or under pressure to make a decision. Be Mindful… Pause… Connect!
