Mindful presence is a sure way to build deeper and more satisfying relationships with our loved ones. The reward for practising mindfulness is having the ability to create a rich, full and meaningful life, which is something that I once believed impossible.

Mindfulness makes all things possible. The power of mindfulness is in the pause, in the silence between our thoughts. A sound connection develops, not only in our relationships, but more importantly, with the creative divine energy which is our source for wisdom and life direction. Surely, this is the greatest reward of all!
