There are many paths to the top of the mountain. A true mindful practice involves no meditation and is a sure way to get there. The view is awesome! Mindfulness is simple but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. The effort is required as is a positive attitude. Think positive thoughts and really believe in yourself.
