It is the place where your silent observer takes over from your mind. It is the place of silence and serenity where love, peace and wisdom are found. The relationship with self does not happen automatically, it requires ongoing practice. The mindful way to build your own relationship is with self-talk.

Maintain strong eye contact and have a good look at yourself in the mirror. See what comes to mind. It is a great way to test how your relationship is coming along.
