The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was called to a property at South Grafton around 4pm on Sunday to assist the rider who had a fall from a horse and injured his back.

ASNSW Paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care medical team treated a 36 y/o male for back injuries, and he was airlifted to Lismore Base Hospital for further treatment in a stable condition.
