Today’s event on the Maclean women’s golfing calendar was a Monthly Medal / Stroke event, sponsored by Edith Piddington and Nancy Commerford. Thank you, ladies, for your generous and continuous sponsorship. Great prizes were up for grabs along with fantastic raffle prizes. There were 28 players vying for the prestige of winning a Monthly Medal, which holds you in contention for winning the Medal of Medals at the end of the season. 

The course and the greens were amazing to play on and we are starting to get some run back on the course. Once again, well done to the green staff and volunteers. 

Results

Our overall nett winner today and also Div 2 winner was Chris Hartley with a nett 69 on a c/b. Well done and great score Chris.

Div 1: winner – Vero Morgan with a nett 75; r/up – Kim Wiblen with a nett 77.

Div 2: winner – Chris Hartley with a nett 75; r/up – Was Molly Plunkett with a nett 69 on a c/b.

NTP’s: C Picton 2^nd, H MacFarlane 7^th, V Morgan 17 ^th.
