Our meeting on Monday January 18 was attended by 28 members, two visitors and eight apologies. The Iluka Day Club (Sandpipers) have left the Day Club family and now run as an addition to the Iluka Bowls Club. Maz Mazoudier showed us the display board he had commissioned for his father’s medals. There will be a bus trip in early March down to Coffs Harbour to inspect gardens, see Laurel Burr for further information. The Naval and Mariners will be commemorating the sinking of HMAS Voyager at 1100 on February 6 at the RSL Hall. The sale of the building progresses. Our next meeting will be Monday February 22 at 1000, we will be holding our AGM and normal monthly meeting to be followed by drinks and a meal.
