The Maclean Lions Club monthly Markets kicked off once again last Saturday, after being forced to close due to COVID.
Maclean Lions Club spokesperson Denise Worrill said that Saturday’s markets went amazingly well.
“We missed some of regular stallholders, as they live in the bubble and could not come,” Denise said.
“There were 25 stalls, which was down a bit on the regular numbers, but only just.
“News just in, is that the Magpies Rugby League Club members are going to give the Lions Club a hand in the future. It’s great to have a terrific community group like them on board,” she said.
The next Maclean Lions Club market will be held on the second Saturday in November.
