Come on down to the Healthy Towns Maclean Community Fun Day

North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) and the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) are delighted to present the Healthy Towns Community Fun Day in Maclean. This event will be held on Tuesday 16 October 2018 during Mental Health Month. Free activities include:
  • Launch of the 2018 RAMHP Glovebox Guide to Mental Health
  • Free health checks presented by Community Health
  • Face painting & games
  • BBQ Lunch
  • Information on services and interest groups in Maclean
  • Giant ‘Whats on Calendar’
Maclean Community Fun Day is part of the Healthy Towns program and aims to provide an opportunity for the community to connect and learn more about local health and wellbeing services. The day is co-hosted by the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) and will launch the annual RAMHP Glovebox Guide to Mental Health. This year the theme is Let’s Work Together and the RAMHP team are inviting members of the community to participate in a joint activity showcasing how they are working together with their communities to build mental wellbeing. Other information and stalls include the Maclean CWA, Our Healthy Clarence, Maclean TAFE, Centrelink and Human Services, Ability Links, Clarence Care and Support, My Health Record and Northern NSW Local health District Community Health staff providing free health checks. The Maclean Community Fun Day is presented by North Coast Primary Health Network, RAMHP (Rural Adversity Mental Health Program), Our Healthy Clarence, Clarence Valley Council and Northern New South Wales Local Health District.
