The Lions Club of Yamba with the assistance from Lions NSW/ACT Save Sight and Public Health Care Foundations has donated $10,467.00 for a Resus bed for the Maclean Hospital emergency department. This bed will be invaluable to the accessibility to patients following critical events with its removable sections, X-Ray position holders and electric backrest. It will also enable comfort and care for bariatric patients. Yamba Lions Club has raised funds through their Sunday Market catering van and ‘Pancakes in the Park’ and remains committed to serving others in their community.
