On behalf of Grafton Legacy, I would like to thank the generous people of the Clarence Valley for their donations during Legacy Appeals Week. A grand total of $18,456.00 was raised during the week.
We also wish to extend our appreciation to Grafton District Services and South Grafton Ex-Servicemen’s Club’s, RSL Subbranch and Business Houses throughout the Clarence Valley for their donations and for allowing badges to be sold from their premises.
Many thanks must go to our valued volunteers who assisted our organisation during Legacy Week. All funds raised in the valley are used to assist our War Widows and children of servicemen who have passed or gave their health in their line of duty within the Clarence Valley.
The winners of the raffle were Helen Arhens (1st), Trish Findlay (2nd), Charmaine Watters (3rd).
Once again, the Clarence Valley community is always very supportive of Legacy.
