The Wanderers celebrate another wicket.
The Maclean Wanderers have taken out the Lower Clarence Cricket Association [LCCA] final, at the Barry Watts Oval, Maclean on Saturday. Not even the threat of rain could dampen either side’s enthusiasm to get out on the field. The Wanderers won the toss and chose to field. The Simmons brothers [Geoff and Darrell] lead the batting line up for Harwood, with Darrell being caught out by Wanderers Joel Peterie. There was no stopping the Wanderers however when they took to the crease. The match wound up after only around 16 overs. Harwood were all out for 102, with the Wanderers score 2 for 103. Wanderers Brandon Honeybrook performance was outstanding on the day. Honeybrook took 5 for 11 and scored 68 not out.
