A fine and sunny, albeit a little windy weekend greeted all players over the weekend.
Saturday ladies was a 2-player Ambrose event taken out by the pairing of Robyn Barlow and Mary Moore (nett 32); runners-up were Shirley Williams and Sue Fong Kee (nett 34).
No player troubled the NTP markers and putts not counted.
The men’s Sunday event was a Foursomes format taken out by the pairing of Geoff Simpson and Arnold Book (nett 74.5); runners-up were Kerry Cook and Tom Mammen (nett 84). Putts not counted but Shane Rose was NTP on the 5th.
Next week will be a Stroke event with the monthly medal up for grabs. Sponsored by Yamba Fair Butchery.
