On Wednesday, 5 March, staff came together to celebrate International Women’s Day under this year’s theme, “Accelerate Action.” Female representation in Clarence Valley Council’s leadership team has more than doubled in recent years, supported by expanded development opportunities and training programs aimed at promoting gender equality and inclusivity in the workplace.
