In A Grade Terry Lawes took the win with 41pts from his partner in crime Graham Edwards 40pts 2nd and 3rd went to Geoff Flett with 39pts. A Reserve winner was the individualist Greg LaForest with 41pts from Robb Robertson 38pts and 3rd was the Awesome one Van with 37pts on a countback. In B Grade Peter Sharp finally found some form returning 40pts from Dave Muir 39pts and 3rd was Carl Wood 37pts on a count back. Brian Moriarty took home the 1st place in C Grade with 36pts on a count back from Graham Green 36 and 3rd was Peter Jarman 35pts. NTPs: On the SeaFire Steak and Seafood 3rd Mick McCormack 71cm, the Peter Campbell Physio 9th was Alan Syle 338cm, the SeaFire 10th was Ashley Butcher 324cm, the Yamba Barber Shop 12th saw Harry Peacock at 153cm and the 17th SeaFire Steak and Seafood went to Carl Wood at 146cm. Balls went to 33 with 17 on the back. Saturday Stableford Only 119 players fought it out for the Saturday Stableford with Graham Edwards from Maclean taking out A Grade with 42pts with Chris Holst 2nd with 41pts and Dave Wilson was 3rd with 39pts. A Reserve winner was Col Cromack with a great round of 44pts, 2nd went to Tommy Moore with 41pts on a count back from Stephen McKenzie 41pts. In B Grade Ian Brockwell returned 39pts with Paul Edgar coming 2nd with 37pts and 3rd was Mick McCormack with 34pts who incidentally didn’t win a ball but came 3rd. C Grade saw Ken Collins returned to the winners circle returning 38pts on a count back from Terry Hicks 38pts and 3rd went to Warwick Mawhinney with 37pts on a count back.
