Grafton Midday Rotary are inviting Clarence Valley residents to a High Tea this weekend to help raise funds to purchase specialist equipment for the Grafton Base Hospital (GBH) Maternity Ward.

The special event will be held at Vines @ 139 Fitzroy Street, Grafton, and will commence at 2pm, Saturday, August 6.

Tickets cost $40 and are available for purchase from Harvey’s Jewellers at 54 Prince Street, Grafton.

The High Tea will also include the auctioning of specialist items including a wonderful weekend stay on a beautiful property in Mudgee, and a child portrait sitting by Michelle Worley.

Grafton Midday Rotary are looking forward to welcoming a large crowd on the weekend.

Grafton Midday Rotary would also like to thank and acknowledge Jan Gebetsberger, President of the South Grafton Women’s Bowling Club for generously donating $250 on behalf of the club as part of the fundraising efforts.

Make sure you pick up a copy of the Clarence Valley Independent on August 10 for the full coverage of the event and to find out the total amount raised.
