A convoy of vintage and classic vehicles departed See Park on the weekend for a casual drive to Lawrence for morning tea followed by a BBQ lunch on the Riverbank overlooking the Clarence.
A strong contingent of Grafton Vintage Motor Vehicle Club members, from Upper & Lower River merged along the waterfront.
The favourite on the day was Greg Gallagher’s Clyno, Square Rigger (pictured). This vehicle has been in Greg’s family since new and has seen many conversions from a tourer to a utility and now back to original body built by Holden.
A BBQ using the clubs trailer was held and the day dampened by a few showers.
The next monthly meeting is at Jabour Park Club Rooms at 3pm this Sunday April 28.
Numbers for next year’s Tassie run are rolling in and a briefing meeting covering details will be held at Jabour Park Club Rooms from 7pm Monday May 13.
