Grafton Seniors recently held their June coach trip, with 42 passengers, on a fine, mild, overcast day.
A mystery trip, it began with a drive south on the highway to Urunga, with picnic morning tea in a local park. Then a visit to a historical museum, followed by a delicious organized lunch at Ocean View Hotel.
Next, short drive south to Honey Place, with the opportunity to purchase products.
Following afternoon refreshments at Coffs Harbour, the final journey home was on Orara Way.
Sincere thanks to the committee who served morning tea, coach captain, Alan R, for giving us a great trip, and to all for their support.
Our next trip is an 8-day tour to Queensland from Saturday, August 14, with final arrangements progressing. Final monies can be paid on Thursday, July 15, at Racecourse room, 9 am to 11.30 am.
The next day trip will be October 15, a Yamba river cruise, and tickets will go on sale at the August meeting.
Members are reminded there is no meeting in July.
