Forty one members of Grafton Senior Citizens recently held a barbecue day.

The day began with a morning tea, then an interlude of singalong music, provided by member, David Bailey, on his saxophone.

A delicious barbecue lunch of sausages, onion, salads, bread, followed by ice cream in a cone, completed the day.

A lucky door was conducted, with winners, Judy T, and Yvonne H.

Many thanks to all committee for preparing and serving the meal, to a friend for transporting the barbecue, to David for the music, and to all members for their support.

Members are reminded the next meeting is Tuesday October 8 at 10.30am, then the next outing is a bus trip to Yamba for a luncheon river cruise on Friday October 18. This trip is full, but reserves will be noted.
