Just touching base with our members and the community, hoping everyone is well and coping in this time of COVID-19.
We have all missed our fundraising events, monthly meetings, Op shop and get togethers and the company of our friends.
Good news is we are able to hold our AGM and monthly meeting at the Grafton District Services Club on Monday September 28 at 1pm. We need to stay Covid Safe and comply with the current restrictions. All those attending need to maintain social distancing, sanitise their hands on arrival and follow any GDSC requirements to keep everyone safe.
As it is an AGM it would be appreciated if you could arrive early to fill out voting cards, single use pens will be provided for this. All positions are declared vacant and you are encouraged to nominate members for the executive positions. For existing members there will be no fees till 2021 but you are required to fill out insurance forms to meet current obligations and update the records.
Anyone looking to join us and help raise funds to purchase equipment for the Grafton Hospital (the new extension looks great) are welcome to attend this meeting. Our yearly membership fee is $ 5.
