What has been a very busy week of bowls. The District pairs kicked off this week at Iluka, and a number of teams entered in the different events played in the district. There were mixed results with only two teams making it through to the semi-finals, namely G Taylor and N Joliffe and L Bond and K Landrigan. Good luck this Saturday and we know you will do the club proud.

K Evans was too strong winning 31-10 as was J Buckley who defeated J O’Shea 31-15. M Shorten pushed A Knox all the way in their game and only just missed winning with his last bowl, going down 31-29. One game was played during the week which saw P Goratschow coming from behind to win against J Pye 31-30.
